"The community aspect makes the product feel more complete." Posted 2026-06-16

Pros: I originally purchased the robot but ended up getting a lot of value from the Discord community. Seeing how other traders managed risk, interpreted signals, and handled different market conditions gave me useful perspectives that I wouldn't have gained trading alone.

Cons: Like any community, the quality of discussions varies depending on who is participating.

Overall: The community aspect makes the product feel more complete. It's helpful to have access to traders who are using the same system and sharing real-world experiences.

"Forex fury doesn't overtrade" Posted 2026-06-02

Pros: The EA naturally limits trade frequency. It prioritizes quality setups instead of constant entries, which immediately reduced unnecessary exposure. Execution is consistent—no chasing trades, no revenge trading, no doubling down after losses.

Cons: If you’re used to frequent trades, the reduced activity can feel uncomfortable at first.

Overall: Overtrading was draining my account more than bad strategy. This system forced a reset. At first, I felt like I was “missing opportunities,” but over time I realized most of those trades I used to take were low quality anyway. My account didn’t just perform better—it became more stable.

"he rule-based execution is clean, stop-loss and take-profit logic are built-in and sensible, and the pre-optimised set files gave me a credible starting point. " Posted 2026-05-19

Pros: Coming from a quant background, I appreciated that the EA strategy open-range breakout is based on a real, documented market concept rather than some proprietary voodoo. The rule-based execution is clean, stop-loss and take-profit logic are built-in and sensible, and the pre-optimised set files gave me a credible starting point. MT5 compatibility is important for me since I prefer its depth-of-market features.

Cons: The customisation options, while present, aren't as deep as what you'd get building your own EA from scratch. Power users who want to tweak every parameter and run extensive back-testing may find the framework a bit limiting. Also, the community skews toward beginners so advanced strategy discussion is thinner than I'd like

Overall: For someone who understands algorithmic trading and wants a done-for-you implementation of a legitimate breakout strategy, Forex Fury delivers. It's not a development environment and it's not trying to be. The value is in the execution quality, the lifetime update commitment, and not having to build the wheel yourself.

" The robot is not a guaranteed income stream and Pat is upfront about that" Posted 2026-05-12

Pros: I work a full-time job so I genuinely cannot sit in front of charts. Forex Fury EA lets me set parameters on Sunday evening and then let it run during the week. The rule-based, no-emotion approach to the open-range breakout is exactly what I needed my old problem was second-guessing my own setups. Pre-optimised set files meant I wasn't starting from scratch trying to figure out what inputs actually work.

Cons: I'd be lying if I said every week is green. There are losing stretches and you have to be mentally ready for that. The robot is not a guaranteed income stream and Pat is upfront about that, but some users in the community seem to expect otherwise. If you can't handle a 5% drawdown without panicking, this is going to be stressful

Overall: For people juggling a day job with trading ambitions, the Forex Fury EA is probably the most practical solution I've found. You still have to manage it check in, monitor risk, don't just forget it exists but it does the heavy lifting. One-time payment, solid community, and a strategy that actually has logic behind it. Good value at the Gold tier.

"it trades more patiently than i ever could" Posted 2026-05-06

Pros: The patience in trade selection is probably its strongest feature. It waits for setups instead of forcing trades. The consistency in execution also removes the second-guessing that usually ruins manual trading.

Cons: If you’re used to high-frequency trading, it can feel slow at first. There are periods where it simply does nothing.

Overall: I used to jump into trades out of boredom or fear of missing out. This completely removed that habit. Watching it wait for proper setups actually helped me understand what disciplined trading looks like

"it took me a while to realize it’s not supposed to trade all the time" Posted 2026-05-04

Pros: When I first installed the Forex Fury, I kept checking my MT4 every hour expecting trades to pop up. What stood out quickly was how selective it is. It doesn’t react to every move on EUR/USD or gold, it waits. And when it does enter, the position sizing is controlled, and there’s no stacking of multiple risky trades at once. I noticed that even during volatile sessions, it avoids overexposing the account. That alone is something I struggled with manually.

Cons: The inactivity can mess with your head in the beginning. If you’re used to indicators constantly giving signals or you’ve tried aggressive EAs before, this will feel like it’s “missing trades.” It’s not, it’s filtering but that takes time to accept.

Overall: After running it for a few weeks, I went back and compared the trades it skipped versus what I would have taken manually. That’s when it clicked. Most of those “missed” trades were low-quality setups. Forex Fury didn’t just execute trades, it forced me to rethink what a valid trade even looks like. That shift alone was worth it.

"Forex fury performs significantly better when the technical setup is optimized" Edited 2026-04-28

Pros: Forex fury performs significantly better when the technical setup is optimized. Running it on a VPS ensures uninterrupted operation and faster execution, while a low-spread broker improves entry and exit precision. Once I made these adjustments, I noticed tighter trades and more consistent results.
The EA itself is lightweight and runs smoothly on MT4 without causing platform lag, which is a plus for traders managing multiple charts.

Cons: There’s an added cost involved. A reliable VPS and a quality broker aren’t optional if you want the best results, which increases the overall investment.

Overall: Forex fury performs well no doubt about that but you need a proper infrastructure to maximize its full potential.

"This EA doesn't try to recover losses aggressively" Posted 2026-04-13

Pros: A lot of EAs try to recover losses aggressively Forex fury doesn’t. No sudden lot jumps, no stacking trades to chase a reversal. That restraint is where Forex fury really separates itself. It accepts small losses and moves on, which keeps things under control. Over time, that behavior creates a much smoother experience. You’re not dealing with those moments where one bad cycle wipes out weeks of progress.

Cons: If you’re used to systems that bounce back quickly after a loss, this will feel slow. It doesn’t rush to recover, which can test your patience.

Overall: It trades like it’s trying to survive first and profit second. That mindset makes a noticeable difference the longer you run it.

"Used Forex Fury to pass a $100k prop firm challenge both phases" Posted 2026-04-10

Pros: Used Fury to pass a $100k prop firm challenge both phases. I'm documenting this because I see a lot of EA testimonials that stop at "backtested great." Here's what the live evaluation data showed: phase one, 23 trading days, 8.3% gain, max daily drawdown hit 3.1% on one session (well inside the 5% rule), overall drawdown peaked at 4.7% against a 10% limit. Phase two, 60 days, 5.6% gain, max daily 2.4%, overall peak 3.9%. The key configuration changes I made for the challenge: reduced risk per trade to 0.5%, enabled the news filter fully, restricted to London session only, max spread set to 1.5 pips. Conservative, but challenge rules are tighter than personal accounts.

Cons: Conservative settings needed for prop challenges mean slow phase completion phase. It took me around 60 days to complete phase 2

Overall: Honestly, the real test of Fury isn't some backtest from five years ago it’s how it handles a $100k prop challenge in today's market. I just watched it clear both phases, and the most impressive part wasn't the profit, but the discipline. Phase one peaked at just under 5% drawdown, and phase two was even tighter at 4%.

The risk controls are deep enough that you can actually dial them in to stay well within those strict prop firm "kill-switches." To be fair, this isn't some "overnight success" bot that’s going to pass your challenge in three days; phase two actually ran the full 60-day clock. But that’s exactly why it worked. In the prop world, an EA that prints money for a week but hits a daily drawdown limit on day twelve is total junk. Fury’s drawdown profile is the only reason it actually crossed the finish line while other "fast" bots were blowing accounts left and right.

"Forex fury performs best when you don’t overload it across multiple charts." Posted 2026-04-07

Pros: Once I limited it to recommended pairs like EUR/USD and stuck to proper lot sizing, the results became much more stable. The EA performs best when you don’t overload it across multiple charts.

Cons: Trying to scale it too quickly across many pairs can reduce its effectiveness and increase risk.

Overall: I have experienced that forex fury EA works best when used with discipline, not when pushed beyond its intended design.

"Forex fury is a solid EA for passive forex trading" Posted 2026-03-31

Pros: User-friendly settings, stable performance on recommended currency pairs, and strong compatibility with most MT4 brokers

Cons: 1. Needs good broker spreads
    2. Performance can vary slightly between brokers

Overall: Forex Fury EA has been part of my automated trading setup for about a year now. It’s not the only EA I use, but it’s definitely one of the more stable ones. The strategy is conservative compared to many aggressive forex robots, which actually makes it easier to trust. If you’re looking for a passive forex trading solution on MT4.

"Good for the London session but not a magic button" Posted 2026-03-15

Pros: The open-range breakout strategy is well-suited for the London open. Rule-based logic means you know exactly why a trade fires. Adjustable lot sizing lets you match it to your own risk tolerance.

Cons: Needs a VPS to run reliably. Without one you will miss entries sometimes

Overall: Does what it says for breakout trading. Treat it as a tool with a specific edge, not a passive income machine.

"Actually Beginner-Friendly (If You Can Follow Directions)" Posted 2026-03-15

Pros: I was worried about the tech side, but the 3-step setup (Install, Load, Start) is actually accurate. I had forex fury up and running on my demo account the same afternoon I bought it.

Cons: You can’t be a total tech hater. You do need to understand the basics of MetaTrader, like how to log into a broker and load an EA.

Overall: It’s a great entry point for someone moving from manual trading to algorithmic trading without needing to know how to code.

"Finally an EA where the strategy actually makes sense on a chart" Posted 2026-03-13

Pros: My experience with other EAs was that they were black boxes. Numbers go in, trades come out, nobody explains why. The open-range breakout strategy in forex fury is something I can actually observe and verify on a chart. I know what conditions trigger an entry. I know what the stop is protecting. I know what the take profit is targeting. That transparency gave me confidence to go live faster than I would have otherwise. Four months in on the Gold package, the robot has performed consistently and the one-time cost has been recovered. The Discord community caught a broker compatibility issue I had in week two and resolved it within a day.

Cons: The pre-optimized set files are a strong starting point but more experienced traders will want to experiment with their own configurations. The documentation for doing that beyond the defaults is less comprehensive than I'd like. Manageable, but there's a learning curve if you want to go beyond the standard setup.

Overall: For traders who've been burned by opaque EAs with no explainable strategy, forex fury is a meaningful step up. The logic is visible, the community is genuinely useful, and the Gold package delivers real value at its price point. Four months of consistent performance from a strategy I actually understand that's the difference.

"More transparent than anything else I've used" Edited 2026-03-11

Pros: I've run four different EAs over three years. The pattern with most of them is the same: impressive backtest results, live performance that doesn't come close, no explanation for the gap, no community, no support after purchase. Forex fury is different in a few specific ways. The strategy, open-range breakout is clearly defined and the logic is explained. When trades don't go as expected there's actual discussion in the Discord about market conditions rather than silence. The one-time payment also changes the relationship. With subscription EAs, the provider makes money whether you do or not. Here the incentive structure feels more aligned.

Cons: The open-range breakout strategy has conditions where it underperforms extended ranging markets with no clear session open momentum. It's not a weakness unique to this robot but it's worth understanding so you're not confused when quiet market periods produce fewer entries and smaller results.

Overall: The transparency is the main differentiator from every other EA I've used. The strategy is explained, the community is active, and the support doesn't disappear after purchase. Not perfect but again no EA is. but it's the most honest product in this space I've personally tested.

"High win rate is real, but your broker choice is the secret sauce" Posted 2026-03-09

Pros: The 93% win rate isn't just marketing fluff if you run it on a true ECN account. I’m seeing very tight exits and the ADX filter is surprisingly good at keeping me out of "no-man's-land" ranges. It’s also super easy to set up; I had the .set files loaded and the EA authenticated in about 10 minutes

Cons: It is extremely sensitive to spreads. If you’re using a broker with wide spreads, your Take Profit will get hit on the chart but the trade won't close. I switched to a Raw Spread account and that basically "fixed" the performance issues I had in the first week.

Overall: This isn't a "get rich quick" thing. It’s a precision tool. If you give it the right environment, meaning a low-latency VPS and a tight-spread broker it’s incredibly consistent. It’s a professional scalper, not a gambler.

"handles prop firm conditions surprisingly well" Posted 2026-03-04

Pros: One of my biggest concerns with any EA is prop firm rules daily drawdown limits, max overall drawdown, consistency rules. Forex fury feels structured enough to operate within those constraints if you use conservative risk. It doesn’t stack reckless positions, and it doesn’t hold trades indefinitely hoping for miracles. Stops are defined. Risk is predictable. That predictability matters when you’re working with a 5% daily drawdown cap. I also noticed it doesn’t spike lot sizes randomly, which helps maintain consistency metrics that many prop firms track

Cons: You absolutely cannot run this on aggressive risk and expect it to magically pass a challenge. If you over-leverage it, the fault is yours, not the robot’s. Also, during extremely slow weeks, growth can feel flat which might test your patience during evaluation phases.

Overall: I tested it on a small evaluation account first. Instead of chasing targets aggressively, it chipped away gradually. That slow-and-steady behavior is actually better for passing than explosive gains followed by emotional crashes. It feels built for sustainability, not gambling your funded account.

"Finally an ea that respects risk" Edited 2026-02-18

Pros: The first thing I noticed after running Forex Fury for a full month is how selective it is. It doesn’t chase trades just to stay active, which already separates it from most robots I’ve tested over the years. Some days it simply does nothing and surprisingly that’s a good sign because it avoids low-quality market conditions. Once I synced the trading time correctly with my broker’s server time and kept spreads below about 1.5 pips, entries became very clean and almost always short duration scalps. I also appreciate that every position has a real stop loss placed immediately rather than hidden recovery logic. That allowed me to slowly scale risk after about 8 weeks of stable forward results.

Cons: The setup phase can be frustrating, especially if someone expects plug-and-play performance. My first week had unnecessary losses purely because my broker’s GMT offset was different from the recommended trading window. The EA itself didn’t fail my configuration did. Another thing is patience: if you constantly open MT4 expecting daily trades, you’ll end up interfering with it, and that usually worsens performance rather than improving it.

Overall: This trades more like a cautious human scalper than an aggressive algorithm. Once configured properly, it becomes psychologically comfortable to run because you understand the risk on every trade. The growth is gradual, but it feels controlled instead of lucky

"Consistent Profits with Minimal Effort" Posted 2026-02-16

Pros: I’ve been using Forex Fury for over eight months, and the standout feature for me is its low-maintenance approach. The EA runs on multiple currency pairs without me having to babysit charts constantly. It’s very beginner-friendly, and the setup was straightforward. I love the configurable settings that allow me to adjust risk tolerance without getting lost in complex parameters. The automated trade entries are precise, and the 4-hour chart strategy seems stable.

Cons: While Forex Fury is consistent, it occasionally misses trades that a more aggressive EA might catch. The drawdowns are generally small, but during volatile news periods, losses can spike if not monitored. Also, it relies heavily on trend-following strategies, which may not perform as well in sideways markets.

Overall: Overall, Forex Fury is a solid choice for traders looking for steady growth with minimal intervention. It’s reliable, easy to set up, and offers a good balance between risk and reward. Not perfect for high-frequency or aggressive trading, but excellent for a stress-free, long-term approach.

"Broker and vps make a huge difference" Posted 2026-02-13

Pros: After moving to a proper VPS and a tighter spread broker, Forex fury's performance noticeably improved. Execution speed really matters with this EA.

Cons: Setup quality affects results. On a bad connection or high spreads, results drop

Overall: Forex fury is undoubtedly a great EA, but environment matters almost as much as the strategy itself.
