Clone Files Checker

Pros: The software is so quick and deleted thousands of duplicate files in minutes. It scanned my one drive accounts and deleted duplicate files effortlessly. The customer support representative was fantastic in helping me, I am not computer savvy and he was so patient and took time to help me. I am very grateful and very impressed with the product and the customer support.

Cons: There was nothing I didnt like about the product or the support, just the muddle I got myself into with duplicating cloud accounts, getting confused with one drive and google drive and not wanting to lose precious photos. I do not think I would have been able to navigate through using the product without the immense support I got from the customer support guy.

Overall: Excellent product and support. This software ensures I dont lose valuable data and also prevents me from duplicating data. I now need to get my house in order with filing systems, any suggestions? :-)

Pros: I had photos from my dad and combined them with mine and was so overwhelmed with the amount of duplicates. Clone Files Checker was amazing, it scanned tens of thousands of files that were on my computer as well as from 2 OneDrive accounts. I was able to delete 14750 duplicates! It is an amazing program and a wonderful company to work with. The customer support by Raza was above and beyond any help I have ever received. I am not very computer savvy but he was able to help me clean my tremendous load of things and my computer has so much more free space. I would recommend this to everyone!

Cons: Nothing!!! Didn't find anything wrong with the software, its working and how good it was at doing its job.

Overall: It has been an absolute pleasure to trust this company to help me with this daunting task that I could never had done myself.

Pros: The software was able to compare duplicates between my One Drive and 3 Google Drives I had. I had gotten a notice that my free Google account was over the maximum 15 GB and could not save anything else. My efforts to delete duplicates barely made a dent in that. This software found 17,496 exact duplicates taking up 44.19 GB of my disk space - in the 4 drives. I was able to choose along the way which duplicates (oldest or newest) were kept, and then to choose to delete then or later, etc. The 3 Google accounts with their unduplicated files were combined into 1 folder on my OneDrive and my Google account is now empty! I cannot express how pleased I am with this product. Co-Pilot (AI) recommended it to me. The technical assistance was superb for this elderly customer.

Cons: There was nothing that wasn't perfect. At each step, I had control of the software and had choices I could make about next steps.

Overall: This software is outstanding. I am grateful that it exceeded my highest expectations. As an 83 year old, I was surprised that it could find exact duplicates in a variety of Drives, both local and cloud.

Pros: Nothing very costly 40 bucks a year CFC <<< Trash use one time if you don't pay they reverse what program did.

Cons: Tech non-support dont even know how to remove Tag that remains on your recycle bin

Overall: Do not waste your time there are better that are truly free.

Pros: I think it could have been a good program but was only able to work with it just a bit because I couldn't ever get my registration to go through so I was limited to only seeing what my unpaid program was allowing.

Cons: HORRIBLE customer service! I wanted to use this product but no responses and no one is ever available via chat or anything else.

Overall: I purchased but couldn't register because it said my email wasn't valid. I submitted a request via email since no one is ever available via the "chat" feature. I waited my 24 hours for a response and finally got an email back from them telling me to use my email and the license key that was sent to me. No! Really? I informed them that I knew what my email was and I had used the key they had provided. Two days later, still no response. I tried to post on their facebook and my post was deleted. I'll be requesting my money back.

Pros: 1. Easily cleans tons of storage space,
2. Removes Empty folders,
3. Scans Multiple Drives at the same time.

Cons: 1. Ignores some of the empty folders, [2:10],
2. When working, it blocks some features, I mean I can't switch from one window to another through [tab] shortcut,
3. Ignores some clone files in C drive

Overall: Overall I recommend clone files check if you are a photographer, etc, and have multiple duplicate photos and videos. It will help you save your time and space which is quite a good thing.

Cons: Not configurable enough for scans so I had to manually peruse through 16,000 files and check/uncheck files to keep. It then crashed after hours of this and did not retain any of my settings or selections. Complete waste of time. I should bill them.

Overall: One massive dumpster fire. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
