Pros: It's very simple to use, sales reps were able to learn this tool fairly easily. The tool provides so many key insights for the leaders during their sales meetings and in coaching their reps. We are so excited for how well the launch went and the ongoing support that Arpedio provides is outstanding.
Cons: At this point, we've not experienced any negative vibes so we are extremely happy with the solution.
Overall: This has been the best implementation that I've done and it was done on a very aggressive schedule. Arpedio as a partner is well above expectations. They have recommended updates, communicated effectively and done a great job of learning our business and the needs we have so the tool is a critical part of our sales process. Very glad we chose Arpedio!
