Built atop the Cisco Meraki camera infrastructure, Analytiks enables real-time monitoring of store occupancy, providing insights through in-store points of interest (POI), zone labeling, heat mapping, and more. It offers features such as multi-entrance and exit detection, real-time occupancy counts, web-based portal access, API feeds, free Wi-Fi access via Cisco, and CRM integration. Users can receive SMS or email alerts when a venue reaches a critical occupancy point, allowing for immediate action. Analytiks ensures privacy compliance by performing people detection on the edge using code generated by Meraki's cameras, meaning video feeds remain on-premise and no personal information is collected.
