Pros: The AI Chatbot and Broadcasting features are exactly what we needed. It has saved us huge time and heavily reduced our manpower dependency. The best part is their direct WhatsApp support and personalised training, which is something we really missed with other platforms.

Cons: There is a bit of a learning curve in the beginning to get the API, automations, and CRM integrations set up correctly. My biggest frustration with competitors we used before (AiSensy and Wati) was the complete lack of customer support when things got stuck, so I was worried about that here. Fortunately, the AiBotick team actually guides you through the setup.
