    There is no malware in phpVirtualBox. Sourceforge is detecting the Flash RDP client rdpweb/RDPClientUI.swf as malware. This is the same file that is distributed with the VirtualBox SDK at http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/5.0.20/VirtualBoxSDK-5.0.20-106931.zip . I have a ticket open with SourceForge support to resolve the issue. That being said, one should always use a virus scanner on any file downloaded from the internet.
