Install doesn't work - it asks to download files from a site that is dead. can't install!! Please fix this

not able to install After downloading dvt.msi the installer asks to download the definition files. If yes is answered, I see a link opens to a website at dvtk.org/modules that no longer exists. if no is answered, the installer closes. This happens on a new PC and on a PC with an older dctk already installed
