The entire “mugshot with headline describing crazy crime” is an entire genre of fake internet posts, which has flourished for at least a decade (probably more).
I am constantly surprised that people are even considering the notion that they could be true.
Went looking for an article and it’s like only ifunny and twitter links. One even had the title “You can’t make this shit up”, like yes, in fact you can. I’ll edit the description to note that’s fake.
