The only thing that interests him is Donald Trump. It’s frankly surprising he has briefings on anything, ever.
This is just efficiency at work. He can pack a weeks worth of daily briefings into his Tuesday afternoon nap.
It’s not like events happen on a global scale faster than, say, once every week or so.
I mean, it raises huge questions about the effectiveness of an Imperial Presidency broadly speaking.
