the steam page warns you of third party launches before you buy the game doesn’t it?
so at least if it does happen it shouldn’t be a surprise

content, mostly
but you keep moving around and are holding a big rectangle so also a bit of “what are you doing?” whenever you move. but not too much since you’re not moving around a lot
they’re side-eyeing you when there’s movement just to keep a little tab on what’s going on around them
no way to know why they’re keeping tabs, if they were scared they’d keep you more in field of view
That is not the barrier.
who said there is only one barrier?
they will try to learn an[d] adapt
you will, sure, but no not everyone will. think less on tech savvy people and more on those that know that “the Internet is the big blue e when I turn on the computer (their monitor)”
those people outnumber us tech savvy individuals at least two-to-one and they deserve an OS that is easier to use then memorizing command line commands
agreed, but this does not address what I said
The user interface on the left and the command prompt on the right does kinda highlight a barrier to mass Linux adoption.
if we want more people on Linux let’s normalize not having to use the command line for everything.
I heard this from Steven Wright simply as, “I spilled spot remover on my dog. Now he’s gone.”

A: One’s real heavy, and the other’s a little lighter.
as far as BeeGees covers goes this one is a bit unorthodox but I can get behind it
if for no other reason than to have a bit of a different answer:
Raboniel from Rhythm of War by Brandon Sanderson
Her interaction with Navani made for some VERY good chapters

it’s probably impossible to get downvotes to be anything other than agree/disagree buttons at this point, but I like to dream of a world where it’s for contributes-to-productive-conversation/mindless-nonsense-or-hate-speech.
Downvotes should only be for posts like
lol this ^I’ve never been able to imagine a system that could convince random users to use it like that, though.
honestly Thunder doesn’t get enough love in posts like these. you often expect FOSS apps to not be very good, but I can’t imagine using anything other than Thunder at this point
