Good and merciful god that one.
It also eats up to 1,5gb of ram sitting idle as a chat program. So yeah it’s not running unless I need it and then it gets to shut down again. Luckily we don’t use it as our primary chat tool.
Oh that’s actually a standard? Scale model website eduard.com (relatively big from Czech republic) have openID and I never really thought to look into what that is. Shame it didn’t take off I guess.
e: I’m not sure if they still support it but it used to be there for sure.
Eva green in the 300 sequel.

I’m not that optimistic but I hope to be wrong.
I’m not here to disagree I’ve gone through this and my sleep has improved. But for some reason the phone thing isn’t affecting mine as much. I only do it sporadically but yeah the stable rhythm no caffeine (after 2 pm for me) and such they help. Also no alcohol!
Haha I don’t recall what it was but some comparison with NGD I think
Yeah you can call it that. It’s a long process though, at least for me. I still notice slow improvements almost 2,5 years later. Don’t be afraid of relapses either they’re practically unavoidable.
Might also be heading into burnout town. Don’t ask me how I know (but at least you can usually fix it).
Ah Neil "in the mirror you can only kiss yourself on the lips" Tyson
This is partially a self inflicted one I’m afraid. I’ve struggled with this a lot but sleep hygene and working on moments of mindfulness throughout the day help a lot.
Basically give yourself time to go through the thoughts and emotions before it’s time to sleep.
Ofc the overly stimulating modern society and work demands are much harder to combat.
Man’s lost more than my entire adult male weight in 18 months. That’s freaking impressive.

2·6 months agoI get that but is a 400 dollar soundbar really any good? Even the 1000 ones sound tinny and small to me but maybe I’m just spoiled.

6·6 months agoI would never recommend a soundbar unless you’re absolutely stuck to that form factor for spacial reasons. Bookshelf speakers are still superior and don’t take up that much space. But I’m also not familiar with any I just got tower speakers that sounded really good at a friend and been loving them.
