2 slices of marble rye. 1 avocado. 1/4 of a red onion. 1 large heirloom tomato. A few large spoons of Kalamata olives. As much feta as you want. Garlic, S&P, EVOO.

I haven’t actually tracked the calories but I can tell you I feel full/satisfied after my morning workout.

IIRC they’re buying older books that may not have been digitized. The way they scan them destroys the book (I’m guessing the binding is removed so each page is loose/can lie flat).
