How can I give you a billion dollars fast enough?
being curious… I made sure to screenshot this time ;𐑮
I’m just repeating what you tell me about your entirely normal behavior, which does not come across as unhinged, and definitely does not fit the established pattern of wanting to dox people.
You really are into the profile stalking, aren’t you? Stalking my name in mod logs, DMing people you think you can get to harass me, and other entirely normal behavior.
With a nice shrinkwrapped plastic box and everything. It’s a good thing he didn’t stop at opening just the package.
thought you were put in timeout
Please, elaborate.
No you ✨
Strange you’re now continuing conversations in place of your not-alt.
Maybe there’s two mistakes here: 1: the user made the chat public and 2: Maybe Anthropic didn’t have their robots.txt file set correctly?
Basically yes to #2, which was a big mistake on Anthropic’s part, but #1 is still unclear about how Google could have ended up there. Putting the chats on a Google-indexed page would make the most sense (and mostly absolve Google from responsibility), but who would be doing that and where?
Tinfoil hat: I wonder if Google was crawling through emails and also made a mistake of their own.
You’re not alone with this assessment. And what’s more interesting…
“Many times the government wants to highlight what it was trying to investigate because that ups the stakes on what the defendant was doing,” Professor Richman said. “This is a case where I think they’re trying to avoid exactly that by focusing only on the destruction, and not what the investigation was about.”
Friend is leaning hard into “all press is good press” and it shows. I’ve heard an interview with at least one tech reviewer who tried this thing out and, unsurprisingly, it was absolute garbage.
I’ve never heard of this used anywhere else, but take that with a grain of salt
How’s it easy?
Not the technical part (which definitely looks as easy as just dropping a requirement), but the spam/abuse prevention part.
I’m not always proud of Americans, but there clearly are still some heroes out there. Like the king of all Florida men:
One man in Florida sits in a lawn chair holding up a piece of cardboard on a pole to block the camera’s view.
with conservatives, every accusation is a confession.
That’s what made me realize your game. Your accusations of alt accounts (while being this suspicious) opened my eyes, and now accusations of being conservative (while calling your enemies cancer and low-IQ) make more sense that way.

And if you want to say “fuck you” then just say it, instead of spelling it out like you’re clever.
I’ve also experienced Switchbot outlets before and wish I could recommend them, but they broke after a year or two and they’re not exactly private. Although they do hold timing instructions on-device, I believe.
I see similar outlets that offer an open protocol and are made by a no-name brand, but with the rise in sketchy smart TV sticks, I wonder how safe a network-attached device would be.
Size-wise they’re still all pretty horizontally bulky too.
Very curious reply from tutter…
in regards to your edit, i can explain that one as well. i dm’ed the guy because youve clearly got a grudge going. thought it only fair he got a heads up.
im assuming he then got curious and looked at my comment history 🤷♂️
… Because that screenshot was of a post two days ago, not today. But he’s completely right about who’s doing the sketchy voting today.

The fact you went on to misrepresent what I said was secondary to the fact you acknowledge the bad behavior I was criticizing. The acknowledgement is enough.
Haha lol, no i dont
Good to hear you finally understand that simple message. Glad to hear to changed your tone.
Do you genuinely think a Lemmy reply is actually worse or even remotely comparable to a public McCarthyesque call to “expose” everybody associated with a person deemed to be “cancer”?
Remember, you’re the one who says it’s wrong to go after people for asking questions. Don’t be a hypocrite.
The frog pairs nicely with the use of “low IQ” and “cancer” comments. But at least you’re having fun giving ammunition to anybody who wants to prove Lemmy communities harbor harassers while pretending they don’t see any.
Edit: you suck at hiding your use of alt accounts.

If your idea of “letting it go” is you admitting you have blatant double standards, and acknowledge exactly how your “friend"’s behavior appeared as a call for mass targeted harassment, then I accept your willingness to “let it go.”
You can still buy mechanical timers for individual outlets, which are about as dumb as they can get. No connectivity, not even the simplest computer inside those.
Difficult to think of something that is federated as faster or more secure than a centralized alternative that sticks to a single point of failure. There are upsides to federation, but those aren’t good examples.
