    I don’t know about OP, but there could be many reasons for the switch. My main reason was the announcement that my Pixel 6a would receive the infamous update that would cripple battery capacity.

    Hi to everyone. I’m looking for a self hosted ntfy alternative which allows file attachment to notifications on iOS, I’m already hosting ntfy but unfortunately the iOS app is very basic and it does not support attachments.

    Solution for 1-click random album

    As in the title. Is there anything? I have Symfonium on my phone as Jellyfin client and it's great, one click and it plays random albums. Unfortunately I cannot install it on my tablet as it's running Android 8.0, so too old for Symfonium. I tried all the Android clients I could install on it, but no one seems to have this function. So I set up Volumio on an old rpi clone hoping it had this function, but nope. Before I increase the e-waste numbers getting another cheap ass Android device, is there another solution?

    Share single service via WireGuard

    I wanted to share a service I'm hosting, but didn't feel comfortable just leaving publicly accessible, even behind a reverse proxy. In the meantime I did not want to give access to my whole lan with a VPN, or redirect all internet traffic from a client thru my network. So the idea is to run a WireGuard instance on my OpenWRT router in a completely isolated zone (input, output and forward set to reject on firewall) and then forward a single port from the service host's. Client is android, so using WG Tunnel and split tunnel just for the relevant app should not impair client's network access. Initial tests seems to be ok, is there anything I may have overlooked? Please feel free to comment.
