Processing facilities for creating wafers for microprocessors would just need more electricity and some water at industrial levels, perhaps equivalent to what Taiwan uses for its semiconductor industry (yet they have some water supply problems than we do), but a AI data center will consume enormous amounts of electricity and water, which makes these unfeasible in this country.
That in any case, AI is being misused for capricious and unethical purposes, and its source data acquired without consent.

And those people complaining about the low quality of education when they’re so fucking focused much on getting a piece of paper just to be hired even for a department store attendant.

It is no more different with the gold rushes to California, Oregon, and Alaska, where the real winners are the merchants selling pickaxes and work overalls.

The horrible truth is that this country has one of the costliest electricity bills in the world due to over-reliance on fossil power generation, and efforts are being done to reduce that cost, such as building more solar panel arrays and wind farms. That despite some opposition from certain sectors, there is heightened interest in nuclear energy as an option.
