Yes. If Bill was sitting in prison for war crimes, and ultimately wouldn’t be remember fondly; yes it’s funny. So yes I see the Clinton’s as funny. If only their status, power, and influence reflected the reality. (I would absolutely want them back in office over trump.) But I personally would laugh in Bill’s face if he offered to shake hands because that’s how he should be treated everywhere.
