Vor allem macht Deutschland das oft auch recht ähnlich nur nicht ganz so aggressiv. Die deutsche Industrie kriegt riesige Subventionen mit billigen Krediten und wenn es Probleme gibt, dann auch durch ganz öffentliche Förderung. Deshalb heulen die Automanager auch so laut, da die auf die Subventionen von Merz und co warten.
Das ist kein Schicksal, sondern:
Es ist das Versagen einer ganzen Manager-Generation, die kurzfristige, einfache Gewinnmitnahmen den eigentlich nötigen, harten Strategieänderungen vorzog.
Man muss dazu auch sagen, dass im EU Markt vor allem die Japaner unter den Chinesen leiden. Den deutschen Herstellern geht es noch ganz gut.
Also we aren’t “moving people into Europe” they are already here or coming of their own accord (or in this case with the help of the US and the zionist entity)

Selling the world cup would give FIFA a one time payment and then less income forever. UEFA members have enough money to make themself work, so there is no need for that. The cup is also the biggest sporting even in a single sport. So more investment is not going to make more money.

It is enough to name where you got it from in general terms, which in this case is CBOS research center as stated in the article. The questions asked is really well beyond what is reasonable for a short news article. They also gave some context on poll quality.
Journalists are only required to be as accurate as possible, given the allotted time for the story and space available. The biggest weakness of the article is that it is too short.

It is not. Bananas have been introduced to southern Spain by the Arab Conquest. The industry on the Canary Islands is obviously newer, but was run as large scale plantations since the beginning of the last century. However the Canary Islands are probably African rather then Europe.

However the EU has local elections on all sorts of levels(national, state, city….), which all have their own agency and through a system of checks and balances prevent any one of them from doing everything. This is not the case in China, where orders flow from the top to the bottom and are just executed.
If you look at rarer earths for example. China gave orders and they ended up building a massive rarer earth industry in the country, partly because they ignored environmental concerns and so forth. The EU response is partly local(like for example Germany working on lithium mines and so forth themself), but also EU wide, creating a number of smaller projects to become independent from that.
I also have to say the obvious. The EU system due to having so many checks and balances tends to create decent results, but rarely amazing ones. China can end up with some Great Leap Forward due to bad policy from the top.
Calling for cuts all over the place, just shows that you have no idea where you can actually save money specifically. Obviously an organization as large as the EU has some waste, but if he actually knew his stuff, then he would make specific proposals. This is just dumb.
There are areas, where giving the EU more money would be a good idea. The military comes to mind.
