T-Mobile reminded customers of this clause through a recent update to its terms and privacy notices. Customers must agree to them to continue using the T-Life app, which is the gateway to all things T-Mobile.
I’ve never installed a T-mobile app in my life. Usage of an app does not wave my rights to a class action and never has.
some of the retired plans are almost 15 years old, designed for the 3G and early 4G eras.
It was LTE and I saw no improvements in the last 15 years. I would not have paid the insane price they were charging 15 years ago if it was only 3G.
T-mobile is not interested in keeping a regular customer.
T-Mobile has covered its bases, making it clear that it would rather see customers walk away than drag it to court.
I’m 2 for 2, two senators I stare deeply into their eyes are dead or dying. We just happen to like the same restaurants. I’m not sure if McConnell counted, he was clearly somewhere else up there.
everyone says they get tattoos for themselves but whenever I think about one for myself I think how little i look at the spots i would get a tattoo. id rather people pay attention to my music and no tattoo is going to do that.
It’s my git server, I can put what I want on it. MIT is easy when I don’t really have long term plans for it. If I am contributing to a GPL project i’ll use their license.
Have you ever publish a tool that already has a gnu counterpart? Even if you say it’s for learning or an experiment you still get hounded about it.
they broke something in testing. that’s not incompetence, that’s the whole point.
The majority of project are MIT licensed and it’s not even close.
I like staying up to date about open source but holy cow is there too many of these “omg they broke something in testing”. Yah, that’s the point.
The gnu brained folks hate when we make our own tools.
He’s wiping his tears with hundred dollar bills. Google choosing between Apple and Facebook when the whole world is distracted by Anthropic’s dramadvertising.
I would put up this sign and have a stash to show people when they ask about it. We can’t just listen to music anymore, it’s gotta have drama too.
it’s wrappers and utils all the way down.
It’s a blessing and a curse how stable it is. I think less bleeding edge is better but when shit like audio and GPU are fucked they’re pretty much always fucked until dist-upgrade time.
I bounced off neovim because I am always on fresh boxes with minimal access to the internet. Helix is everything included and I can install with a single file.
It’s required by law that taxes and fees are listed separately in my bill. These are not taxes and fees.
What good is a 5 year price guarantee if they raised my price twice this year under an existing price guarantee? Should I expect my bill to increase every month? Did they increase the size of the network in the last couple of months to justify that price increase?
Break their AC.
I just got this SMS, I’ve been a customer for over 20 years. They mostly left me alone for that time but in the last months they’ve raised my bill twice. I doubt my service has gotten more expensive in the last 20 years…

Ask the Chinese.
