It seems like they had the same kinda idea of deconstructing object shows, and the story seems pretty similar as well (except the going back to real-life parts, of course)
I tried seeing if anyone else had thought of this online but I couldn’t find anything. I was surprised since it seemed pretty obvious to me while watching TADC

I think i learned about One from a thread about TADC somewhere, and it was a great watch. I don’t really get “object shows” though - I haven’t seen any others but have heard the genre mentioned a few times.
