Looks cool but IDK if it’s enough to bring me back to D2.
Pros:
- I dig the look of the syndicates. Vex wearing clothes is funny.
- The Star Wars stuff is less overwhelming than I thought it would be.
- Customizable lightsabers
- They put Helldivers in Destiny
- Back to Mars
Cons:
- It’s more Destiny with slightly different activities and set dressing.

Deadstiny
People have been saying it’s dead for a while but I think the game is really on it’s way out now. You can only fuck over your players and your developers so long before everyone calls it quits.
Bungie was really banking on Marathon and well… lol.

I do still enjoy the game, but much less than before. On one hand, it’s nice to have time to play other games in my catalogue. Still, I miss wanting to pursue something in the game and that been lacking since I finished the endgame of the Final Shape.
Ironically, it’s the 11th anniversary of Destiny’s release.
I think if the post Final Shape Episodes weren’t just elongated seasons my fireteam and I might have stuck around. My friend and I hopped on day 1 of the Eido Episode ready for new stuff to do and realized the only thing to do was some new Onslaught maps and an weekly new mission. That was it for us.
