When I did Keto about 6 years ago for half a year I lost 30 kg, I gained back 20 of them and now lost 8 of them again but still chasing my lowest from back then, but it’s difficult.
sounds like keto really worked for you; was keto itself difficult to maintain?
Zero carb? How do you do that other than fasting?
Fairly straight forward, don’t eat anything with carbs in it, which is basically all plant food. Animal sourced foods only have zero carbs (well, technically a bit but not enough to register). We have a community for that lifestyle, welcome!
I did a 7 day fast some time ago. https://tube.jeena.net/w/hSpSWFhcCMwVUtBq1CdZJQ
Nice! I’m view 72! Have you done any fasts since then? I notice your refeeding had carbs, you might want to avoid that in the future - carbs cause a big insulin response, which might not be fun! From what I’ve read you want to kick start things back up with protein/fat (the classic egg) for awhile before adding in carbs slowly (and taking a bunch of electrolytes).
After your fasting window when you went back onto your normal eating pattern, did the 7kg stay off?
“${pkgs.systemd}/bin/systemctl --no-block reboot”;
maybe something like this, but for testing just touch a file and see if it actually is triggering for you
${pkgs.coreutils}/run/current-system/sw/bin/reboot
This doesn’t look right

Override your substitutes in the rebuild command itself
nixos-rebuild switch –option substituters “https://cache.nixos.org/” –option extra-substituters “”
The reboot service isn’t running because it’s not time to reboot.
systemctl status autoreboot.timer
systemctl list-timers --all

the trouble is many tokens the PIN overrides the fingerprint, so giving the pin to a host reduces it from something you have/something you are to just something you have, something you know. And computers are good at knowing things.

i would like to try out the yubikey bio enterprise, but they wont sell it to low volume operations like mine

I do it everyday. Take a book, just close your eyes, play a podcast. Time goes pretty quick. Once you feel uncomfortable, get out and jump in the pool. It’s great

That’s great! I’m glad to see the improvements.
Did you notice a big change from low carb to low carb + glp1 ra?

One post per hour please, any more then that and your dominating the new feed.

Bold of them to assume the llms were not already trained on their library

Only 8 is impressive

I too am happy with ssh

Dig down

In a gas town type scenario, where a agent is orchestrating a tree of other agents, there maybe many concurrent shells and commands at the same time. Does your output tracking have the ability to show individual sessions / streams coherently?
Ability to track environment variables in this? I can see the utility in debugging. Something like a full closure for the environment of each command (file system snapshot id, environment variables, command, output)

it’s interesting, i see the value for being able to inspect the history and outputs of agents running on dev vms - the web ui is a nice touch for that
What LLM and model and effort generated this code? I see the AI has been working for a week on this.
No mention of total space limitations for the sqlite database overall (rather then per output)

I’m confused by people who downvote and then write a thoughtful comment; how do you expect the conversation to go if you engage in hostility from the start?

Drinking mineral water all day. And a big dose of salt water after the sauna
Day 3 now and I don’t have that low salt feeling.
