Don’t worry - in their next game, an ancient menace (consisting of a single dude with superpowers) will awaken and the stakes will be higher than ever and it’s going to make Halo good again this time trust me I swear bro just one more they got this have faith
Surely there’s someone that worked on the story from Bungie, or from the novelization authors, that they could hire. It’s sad, the story wasn’t the draw, but it definitely drew me more into things.

“The Endless” is a terrible title for a game, let alone a Halo game. I’m personally still of the opinion that Halo: Infinite could’ve just been called Halo 6
Edit: After a little bit of research, apparently Halo: The Endless was going to be a miniseries of printed media, like books or comics.

Halo 7* There’s an entire game missing, reduced to audio logs.
The Endless would have been great for MCC if the plan was to continuously fold new releases into the whole project.
Unrealistic, but, it’d work.
