Gut. Ich glaube nun nicht, dass E-Bike sin den 80er, 90ern diskutiert wurden, aber was auf jeden Fall stimmt, ist, dass Doktrin sich in der Wechselwirkung verändert.

Die Ukrainer haben Gerät und Schulung aus dem Westen bekommen, haben aber geändert was nicht so richtig klappt und das wiederum greifen die ursprünglichen Sponsoren gerne ab. Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass die E-Bikes in den ersten Hardware-Lieferungen dabei waren und man einfach gesagt hat: “Probiert das mal aus”. Das würde dennoch heißen, dass westliche Armeen das Erfolgskonzept nach der Erprobung in der Ukraine übernommen haben, als sie gesehen haben wie gut und effizient es funktioniert.

Neuere Fahrzeugkonzepte zur Aufklärung werden aber häufig hybrid angeboten, damit die schön leise annähern können. Das heißt es ist insgesamt schon auch ein in Trend bei den Herstellern/bei der Armee der sich vor Jahren eingestellt hat.

Die Verwendung der AT auf dem E-Bike zum schnellen, leisen Verlegen wurde als erstes aus der Ukraine im Gefecht beobachtet.

Hat schlicht damit zu tun, dass E-Bikes noch nicht lange so potent im Markt sind und damit, dass woanders kein großer Landkrieg mit Panzern und so hochmobiler Panzerabwehr geführt wurde.

Defense is shifting largely, and many non-EU countries are following. I don’t see your criticism.

This “urgently” and so forth… this hasty approach, leads to mentioned hardship and cold turkey.

EU is already doing a lot, while appeasing. There’s a lot of investment in chip industry (e.g. RISC-V) happening and European companies like ASML are putting up against bullying. Communications and defense is more European than ever, e.g. with the frequency bands denied for SpaceX or big invests in Eutelsat…

This is just a scratch but there are a lot of things going on. Enough things to read the room, if you’re willing to.

I disagree. There is happening a lot and detangling complex systems takes time.

I don’t get why people think cold turkey diplomacy is beneficial for anyone. People have to plan 5-10 years for transitioning or accept hardship for the citizens, what results in problems by itself.
