okay, this right here. you want to know the difference between the good managers and the bad managers i’ve had? the good ones, when they have come in, have taken like three or four months before doing ANYTHING. They went and worked through all the roles they managed, doing the work themselves and getting taught by the people they managed so they could understand the issues.
