I was all ready to give credit where credit is due until I realized that yet again they only care when it impacts them directly. So predictable for Republicans.

This is basically history repeating itself again with the Beehaw defederation.

I’ve been around the fediverse longer than the age of my account would suggest, but I missed the drama around Beehaw somehow - what was the story there?

When they moved the pivot point from the center of the cartridge to the bottom, they lost me. Still using my probably 30 year old Sensor handle and cartridges, and probably will until I die.

Our shield TV recently stopped allowing Projectivy launcher (the 3rd party one we were using) to be bound to the home button on the remote. I can launch Projectivy and switch to it, but as soon as I hit the home button it’s right back to the default launcher.

I assumed this was something nvidia (or google) did to be dicks, but it sounds like that hasn’t happened to you, so now I’m less sure.

What 3rd party launcher are you using? Maybe I should try a different one.

I watched with sound off so apologies if this was mentioned, but why the F are they not getting out of dodge? Is the train disabled in some way - guessing it’s not or the guy wouldn’t be taking the time to get a video on his phone.

But the worst thing I ever witnessed was a Gen Z girl searching Google for Yahoo, then searching Yahoo for Yahoo mail.

Reminds me of my wife’s cousin who would always search google for facebook then click the facebook.com link. Every time she wanted to go to facebook this is what she did. (This was on a desktop computer in pre-smartphone days.)

And even more rarely the famed roflcopter.

Not who you replied to, but reading all the haters’ comments has become part of the pizzacake experience for me. Personally, I’m not sure why so many people spend so much of their own time and energy making the same criticisms over and over, but I know I will see the comments every time one of her comics is posted.

I think it probably is, and although I support what she’s doing here, I can’t hear Brooke Shields and South Park in the same breath without remembering this moment.
