perhaps because it’s proprietary or still X11-only
good meme! hope you used a FOSS ai though
i’m glad all my gentoo comrades are in these comments
i was gonna comment “this is gentoo, actually”, but i guess it’s unneeded 😹

probably proprietary too 💔
i have had the same experience with logs and OpenRC usually i resort to manually running the commands and watching output
artix has been my goto for older computers, void
in future maybe guix?

i have been using Gemma4 for general purpose, and Qwen3-Coder-Next for coding
i’m always interested in small models (under ~8b) too for CPU or phone use
i may start using non local models like GLM5.2 or Kimi, since it would be nice to have “claude-level” LLM output (i don’t use proprietary models)
and TBH, “use WSL” or “use docker” are good answers too
cross platform meaning FOSS OS (BSDs, linux, androids)
though it’s often easy to make it support proprietary OS with little-to-no dev time, and the idea of spreading FOSS to those trapped in proprietary OSes is good too
if i might suggest: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/libredirect/

Luanti (formerly minetest) surprised i didn’t see it brought up (also, it’s FOSS!)
let me break it down for you mark 💃🕺🪩
honestly i should have reacted with a more whimsical emoji than ‘💜’
next time 🤦♀️
i initially read this as “middle ages” (like the 5th century) and was so confused
yeah, every once in a while my feed gets market information about bitcoin 😅📈 like, i’m here for memes, tech, cats, and memes about tech/cats 😹
yeah, technically there’s no algorithm on there, so you have to make it your own
nostr isn’t web3, it just has extensions for crypto tips (some nostr clients don’t even support it)
also yeah, most of the “influencer” posts on there are trash, but it’s nice beyond that, imo
quite large though!
