ok I see. I sometime get that broken image logo too. I didnt know where it came from. So some instance are blocking or are blocked by reddit. That’s a shame. I guess I will try from now on , to take the extra step : download the image from reddit, and upload it proper on lemmy

Because , that a lot of extra step for no real benefit to host a reddit image somewhere else. Sometimes reddit img might get deleted, but usually it is just because of a repost, so might as well be deleted here

the problem is that the avif format, is not embedded. When I post it, you have to go outside of lemmy to see it. Or do I miss something?
