I don’t know of a list, but I personally use Voyager and really like it.

+1 for Voyager. I’ve tried a few and it’s my favorite.
I’ve been a big Boost fan for a long time.
As for finding more options, ask what people use I guess?
I use Mlem and am happy so far. Not quite as great as Boost used to be but similarly minimalist

Also for new users, consider just using your browser.
A lot of the apps use their own formatting, which means that how you think a post looks, and post looks to everyone else, might be different.
Good point, but mobile users would probably prefer to use an app
Been using Avelon and don’t hate it. It’s not Apollo, but it functions nicely.
