The good ending is up for a bit of interpretation as to what just happened or happens after the credits roll. The three possibilities I had in mind though were:

-You died and become a ghoul alongside her.

-Your death allows you both to pass on to the afterlife together.

-She's actually just an insane ghoul and is just murdering you because that's her love language lol

There's also a third possible ending in the Steam version (which is free to download), though I don't think it will give you any more closure. The good ending is the only way you really get info on who/what Monnie is, which is partially why it's the "Good" ending. And also because being trapped in a doll for eternity is imo a worse ending than just dying hahaha

Hmmm, out of curiosity, what type of controller is it? I have really only tested Xbox controllers, but all should work in theory.

Thanks! Yeah I didn't see any on the fbx file when I imported it into Unity and I opened the Blender file and went to the animation tab and poked around. But I am not super experienced with Blender so possible I just didn't look in the right place.

One of the comments below said the animations feel natural and so I assumed there were some, but I realize now that it doesn't mention animations on the page above and I am not seeing them in the files. Just wanted to double check to make sure I am not missing them before I accept defeat lol

Hahahaha, I have not seen anyone select that option until now. Strangely people rarely go down the anime dialogue path in general. But yeah, I already stated how I feel about Bleach LOL. I read the manga weekly since just after the Soul Society Arc until it finished... my critique is informed!

The quest is to investigate upstairs, and so only upstairs light switches count. Sometimes people miss the laundry room which is on the wall on the backside of the stairs. Sometimes people also don't fully go into the attic and trigger that event, which is required for the attic light switch to register.

I suppose I could have given you a checkpoint for if you die in the attic haha. That's really the only way to die though. Otherwise the endings are determined by choices you make from the very first conversation with the girls outside, so you kinda have to start from the beginning to get a different ending. Thanks for playing though! And I actually am thinking through some sort of checkpoint system for my next game, though it will also have branching scenarios, so it will moreso be a restart point for death, rather than for getting a different playthrough.

Thank you! I am a big fan of comedy horror, but there's not a lot out there that scratches that itch for me. If you haven't seen the movie Weapons, it was a great one that came out last year.

That door only opens for the bad ending. The good ending takes place in the backyard, so unless you are also sure the backdoor wasn't open (there's also a red light that comes on outside to signal/lure you there), then it may be fine. The doors get opened the moment the ending is determined, and nothing else has any interaction with those doors codewise, so I can't think of any way that a bug there would be possible. Glad you liked it, I am a big fan of horror movies that are also make me laugh, Weapons is a recent one that comes to mind, loved the ending hahaha. 

Hahaha, well I really just wanted to call it either 7 Minutes in Heaven or 7 Minutes in Hell, but there were already games with those names, and when I started development 67 had just become a thing.

Probably not. I feel like it is a little too short for a Steam game. This was my first steps into the horror genre and so I tried to keep the game small. With each game I make going forward though, I will add a bit more complexity as the size of my coding tools grows, and I think eventually I will get into Steam territory :)

67 Minutes in Heaven dev here... been playing all the other top horror this week, this one is easily my fav so far, great atmosphere. The world just being the tall buildings connected by bridges was such an unsettling and dystopian vibe.

What is the version number on your download file? That should be fixed as of 1.0.2 but if not then I need to do some investigating :)
