Con la base de un pseudo-panel de encuestas sobre la capacitación y la calificación profesional (FQP), se évalua por otro lado la evolución del rendimiento salarial de los diplomas entre 1970 y 1993, neutralizando los efectos de la selectividad creciente de la desocupación. This study uses an Employment survey panel (1990-1994) to endeavour to measure wage disparities linked to professional experience and qualifications. To do this, it neutralizes the biases connected with the endogenousness of unobserved individual characteristics as well as those related to the endogenousness of specific employer wage practices. It moreover uses a pseudo-survey panel on training and vocational qualifications to evaluate the development of the wage return on qualifications from 1970 to 1993 by neutralizing the effects of growing unemployment selectivity. Mit dieser Studie sollen die Lohndisparitäten, die auf die Berufserfahrung und die Diplome zurückzuführen sind, anhand eines Panels von Beschäftigungserhebungen (1990-1994) gemessen werden, wobei die Verzerrungen aufgrund der Endogenität von nicht beobachteten Merkmalen der Individuen sowie die Verzerrungen infolge der Endogenität der besonderen Lohnpraktiken der Arbeitgeber neutralisiert werden. Auf der Grundlage eines Pseudopanels von Erhebungen über die Ausbildung und die berufliche Qualifikation wird außerdem die Entwicklung des Lohnertrags bei den zwischen 1970 und 1993 abgelegten Diplomen unter Neutralisierung der Effekte der zunehmenden Selektivität der Arbeitslosigkeit bewertet.
