Update the Readme

Add Import Config feature and clean up input_demo tracking

- Add File > Import Config... menu to load oneBuilder JSON configs
- Add PipelineConfigReader and ImportedPipelineConfig for JSON import
- Fix RerootTreePanel to respect actual checkbox state instead of hardcoded true
- Add UiPreferenceStore methods for remembering import config file path
- Add WNT-NDP paralog data to prot_seqs_wnt_human demo
- Ignore input_demo/ except prot_seqs_wnt_human and prot_seqs_fzd_human
