🧹 Fix deprecated baseUrl compilerOption in tsconfig.json

🎯 What: Removed the deprecated baseUrl compiler option from tsconfig.json and updated the paths mapping to use relative paths (./src/*).
💡 Why: baseUrl is deprecated in modern TypeScript. By removing it and using relative paths in paths, we improve code health and maintainability without changing behavior.
✅ Verification: Verified with npx tsc --noEmit and npm run build which compiled successfully without errors.
✨ Result: Improved maintainability by using modern TypeScript configuration standards.
