Release of UltimateKEYS

AutoHotkey and Linux :
This new layout features only one dead key, reserved as a multi-purpose key (Compose/Multi_key).
Latest update :  A few symbols have been added again to the Compose Key sequences: ⸮ (reversed question mark), ✔ (heavy check mark), ✘ (heavy ballot x) (same main/base layout).

MSKLC :
This implementation features a slimmed-down version, since MSKLC does not support multiple keystrokes as a sequence for a dead key.
