Testing release of UltimateKEYS

AutoHotkey and Linux :
This new layout features only one dead key, reserved as a multi-purpose key (Compose/Multi_key).
Latest update :  Some small changes and improvements, also thanks to: https://github.com/realtime/UltimateKEYS

MSKLC :
This implementation features a slimmed-down version, since MSKLC does not support multiple keystrokes as a sequence for a dead key.

US Intl AltGr dead keys layout in AHK (overlay scripts for US QWERTY / US-International / ...).
