Update to latest Android Studio and tackle bit-rot

Update SDK target according to Google's latest requirements.

New colour picker

Add custom date formats, optional last line
Update release number in manifest

Fix date format for older Androids (Can't use H or L)

Add date option for Time of Day line

Define Normal, Contrast and Night colour schemes plus five spare schemes to allow a different colour scheme for each period as requested. Add About, Help and Thanks in menu.

Major move to Android Studio and GitHub. Extra features are better handling of back button and an option to display the time as well as the period. Set up SourceForge integration
