User Story

As an OVH customer using Block Storage volumes I want to have an high speed gen 2 volume type with specification as follow :

• From 10GB to 100 GB : 

3 000 IOPS 
0,5 MB/s/GB

• After 100GB :

3 000 IOPS + 30 IOPS/GB > 100GB (Max 20 000 IOPS)
0,5 MB/s/GB (Max 1GB/s)

Considerations:

Thanks to our backend evolution (NVMEoF), already available in some Public Cloud Regions, we expect to merge existing High Speed flavors into only one High Speed Gen 2 taking the best of both. Here is the expected behavior with existing tiers :

• Existing High Speed Gen 2 volumes should automatically inherit the upgrade after detaching reattaching existing volumes.
• Existing High Speed volumes can be manually retyped into High Speed Gen 2.
• Price of High Speed Gen 2 will not change and still be the same as current High Speed.
• In region where the new High speed Gen2 will be available, simple High speed will not be available at creation anymore.
