Build the first complete version of **Problem Map 3.0 – AI Troubleshooting Atlas**. This milestone focuses on expanding the original WFGY Problem Map (16 RAG failure modes) into a broader AI troubleshooting framework that can help diagnose failures across modern AI systems. Scope of this milestone: • Expand the original RAG problem map into a more general AI debugging atlas • Organize failure patterns and troubleshooting paths • Improve documentation and structure of the Problem Map pages • Add visual maps and debugging navigation where possible • Connect the atlas with WFGY experiments and evaluation tools The goal is to make the Problem Map usable as a practical debugging guide for: - RAG pipelines - agent workflows - tool calling systems - evaluation and debugging loops This milestone represents the first structured release of the **Problem Map 3.0 troubleshooting atlas** within the WFGY ecosystem.
