Thank you for your excellent assistance—I have successfully generated DRRs from CT scans. Given your expertise in this area, I'd like to ask another question:
I'm currently using data from the TotalSegmentator dataset, where the CT images vary significantly. After resampling all the CT images to a consistent spacing, their dimensions (shapes) still differ. Currently, the DRR dimensions I specify in diffDRR are directly based on each CT's individual dimensions, resulting in DRRs with varying shapes. However, if I attempt to standardize the DRR output dimensions across all images, some DRRs inevitably experience distortion or stretching.
Do you have any suggestions for addressing this issue?
