The ArchWiki side of this issue should be discussed in ArchWiki_talk:Reports, but it may be better if WM could add a report directly in the talk page of the diff'd article, probably still giving the option to add it to the table in ArchWiki:Reports.

Also there should be a quick way of adding a status template at the start of a section by selecting it from a menu.
