What would you like to be added
Add a new contribution workflow section to the Korean Localization Guide:
content/ko/docs/contribute/localization_ko.md
The guide should clarify that:
- Issue and pull request titles are written in English.
- Issue and pull request descriptions should preferably be written in English.
- Commit Messages are written in English .
- Korean may be used in issue and pull request comments, including review comments.
Why is this needed
This guidance already exists in the Best Practices, but adding it to the main guide will make it easier for contributors to find and follow.
