I'm having trouble downloading videos with the program, but it won't upload them directly to WhatsApp.
I use WhatsApp Web, but I've also tried the desktop version, and the same thing happens. I've tried three different browsers, and it happens with all of them.
The message that appears when I try to send it is --> A file you tried to add is not compatible
The program downloads the videos in MP4 format, and WhatsApp supports MP4, but it can't upload them. So, I suspect it might be a codec issue... I'm not sure.
The solution I've found is to convert the videos with an online tool, which I assume converts them using the most common codecs when downloaded, making it double the work.
The online tool I use for conversion is --> https://www.freeconvert.com/
What codecs does the program use when downloading?
In short... any ideas on how to solve the problem without having to convert the videos again?
