Description

The default regional filter list we provide for Korea, https://www.fanboy.co.nz/fanboy-korean.txt, is no longer maintained. uBO now uses https://github.com/List-KR/List-KR, which we likely adopt as well.

Since List-KR makes extensive use of the if and include directives, this change should wait until after we've implemented support for those.
