I am a fan of the gtk4-rs project, and I believe that the "GUI development with Rust and GTK 4" book is an essential resource for the community. To help lower the entry barrier for Brazilian developers, I would like to start a full translation of the book into Brazilian Portuguese (pt-BR).

My plan is to:

• Use mdBook to maintain parity with the original structure.
• Keep code snippets, commands, and technical keywords in English to ensure compatibility with official documentation.
• Host it on a dedicated GitHub repository and eventually publish it via GitHub Pages.

Before I proceed, I wanted to ask:

• Is there any ongoing effort or official guideline for translations?
• Would you prefer the translation to be linked in the original book (like the Chinese version) once it reaches a stable state?
