HHVM is on the Community repo. This means that in order to install HHVM you just have the perform the following command:

sudo pacman -S hhvm

If you want to try the latest git commit, you can build the AUR package hhvm-git. Visit AUR on Arch Wiki for instructions on building AUR packages.
