Description

This project currently relies upon a very old version of Vivado 2017.2. This was not easy to install on newer distributions. Therefore although this project is not the maintainers or the providers of this very old version of Vivado I still think it would be useful to provide installation instructions/help.

Definition of Done

• Link to website where Vivado can be installed from
• Advice about which options to select when installing Vivado
• For Ubuntu 24.04 I had to install some additional (outdated) libraries, that aren't available by default otherwise the installation hangs before the required files are installed
