Describe the bug

My Phone Crash/Stuck/Can Even Stop The Download

Expected behavior

Nothing, My Phone Not stuck and The File Downloaded Properly

Steps to reproduce

1. Tried To Download 5 Mv,
2. Downlod Starting, i move to home launcher,
3. 1 Video Done at 100%, it show in Dynamic Island also in notification,
4. Move to second Video, and then 1 second after that,
5. My Phone Start Lagging, The Dynamic Island in my phone might be the cause of this problem or other idk currently I can't access the device log, i hope the one i provide was the right one..
6. My phone stuck and i need to hard restart by pressing power button like 5-7seconds.
7. The download started again, and my phone died once more (the cycle repeated).

Android 16
HyperOS 3.0.3xxx
