Description

The URL search bar is missing rounded corners from the right side where the Shields icon is located.

NOTE: This is a regression bug that appeared in 1.85.x build and is not reproducible with 1.84.136.

Steps to reproduce

1. Install and launch Brave 1.85.x and newer
2. Open new Private tab > Observe

Actual result

The URL search bar is missing rounded corners from the right side where the Shields icon is located.

1.84.136 - good	1.85.120 - bad	1.89.129 - bad

Expected result

The URL search bar must have rounded corners on the left and right sides.
