First of all wanted to say this lib is an incredible piece of engineering, both docs and code are a breeze!

There's however an issue with handling AWS RDS Failovers using the replication strategy.
During/After failover the outbox processing got stuck with no log messages whatsoever. I had to manually reboot the process.

I do not have any more details - there are no logs from the library and nothing in DB error logs, I just know the failover happened.

I'll try to debug the issue soon but any insight where the issue could originate from is also appreciated
