Considering that this modification is not sensitive and only updates the version of a library not related to the project, I will follow as soon as CI performs all the tests. |

Resume:
pre-commit in the CI is failing because of an
isortversion problem. They have already released a fix, and I am updating the CI version. Related with connelldave/botocove#60I also upgrade black.
